How to buy?

1- Select the desired product by clicking on it.

2- Click on the 'Add to Cart' button. (Note: You can add multiple products to the cart following the same procedure.)

2 Optional- If you have a discount coupon, enter the code in the field next to the 'Apply Coupon' button and then click on it.

3- Choose the desired quantity of each selected product (this can also be done at step 2).

4- Click on the 'Calculate Shipping' button and fill out the fields that appear, paying special attention to the postal code.

5- Click on the 'Update' button, which will display different shipping options and their respective prices.

6- Select the chosen shipping method.

7- Click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. The total amount should reflect the product price – discount coupon (if applicable) + shipping cost (if applicable).

8- Fill out the billing and shipping information. The invoice will be sent to the email you provide at this point. Please note that modifying the postal code (completed in step 4) may change the shipping cost. If you do not have an account on our site, ticking the 'Create an Account' box will create one with the provided information.

9- Click on the 'Place Order' button.

10- Finally, you have 3 payment options: Bank transfer: We provide our bank details for you to transfer the money with a 10% discount. Mobbex: Payments with debit and credit cards, taking advantage of our promotions up to 18 installments or a 10% discount when paying with a debit card. MercadoPago: You can choose the payment method, which can be by credit card, debit card, or through Rapipago / Pago Fácil. Note that for payment methods without immediate confirmation, products will be dispatched / delivered once we receive payment confirmation.

Can I buy from anywhere in the country?

Yes, by selecting the 'Home Delivery' option, we will send your order via private courier to the address you provide within the USA.

What is the shipping cost?

The cost will be calculated automatically in the second step of the checkout process, once the shipping method is selected and the delivery address is completed (including province and postal code). It's necessary to proceed to this step as the cost depends on the volume and weight of all selected products and the shipping destination. You can verify the cost before confirming the purchase

How to make an exchange or return of the product?

he consumer has a period of four (4) consecutive days from receiving the product to request exchanges. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. The consumer must present the corresponding purchase invoice along with the product. Products that do not meet the conditions detailed above will not be authorized for exchanges and will not be accepted or will be returned to the original address.

Reasons for exchanges or returns:

  • Incorrect product received: The product received is different from what was ordered (seller's responsibility).
  • Product with defect before use: The product received has a defect or breakage (seller's responsibility).

The cost of shipping to our offices is the responsibility of the buyer. This exchange is valid for changing the size of the same item only and does not apply to changing the type of product or item.

Important: Products labeled as "No exchanges or returns" can only be exchanged in case of a shipping error.
