Refund policy

The consumer has a period of fourteen (14) consecutive days from receiving the product to request exchanges. The product must be unused and in the same condition as received. The consumer must present the corresponding purchase invoice along with the product. Products that do not meet the conditions detailed above will not be authorized for exchanges and will not be accepted or be returned to the original address.

 

Reasons for exchanges or returns:

 

Incorrect product received: The product received is different from what was ordered (seller's responsibility).

Product with defect before use: The product received has a defect or breakage (seller's responsibility).

The cost of shipping to our offices, if the return is accepted, is the responsibility of the seller.

Important: Products labeled as "No exchanges or returns" can only be exchanged in case of a shipping error.
